User Agreement for the "Lecta+" Mobile Application

1. License Grant

1.1. Limited License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

1.2. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
• Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

2. Account Registration

2.1. Eligibility

You must be at least 6 years old to use the App. By registering an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2.2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App, including all content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use the Company's trademarks, logos, or other proprietary marks.

4. User Content

4.1. Submission of Content

You may post, upload, or otherwise make available content through the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

4.2. License to Company

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display the User Content in connection with the App.

4.3. Content Restrictions

You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, infringing, or that violates any laws or regulations.

5. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the App are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the App's content or the content of any sites linked to the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of this Agreement.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Specify Governing Jurisdiction, e.g., the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Specify Arbitration Association, e.g., American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

12.2. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
